House rules

We ask you to observe the following house rules:

 

HYGIENE

Please do not enter the living- & bedrooms with shoes!

 

NIGHT'S SLEEP

In the interest of all guests and neighbors, we ask you to espect the night’s sleep from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. and turn down the TV/radio – if necessary.

 

PARKING LOT/GARAGE

You can park 2 cars in front of the house; garage on enquiry for an extra charge.

 

ENERGY

When you leave the apartment, please switch off the lights, radio & TV and close the Windows.

 

SKIDEPOT

Please don’t enter our house with ski boots. You can help us to keep the floors clean and in good condition. Please dry your boots or change them in the skidepot room, located at the back of the house. The key is on your keyring.

 

HEATING … in the apartment ist adjusted to a comfortable room temperature; you can change it directly on the radiator – if necessary.

 

SAUNA … works with 1-EUR coins for half an hour. Please use only water or original sauna oil/essence. Other liquids can damage the stones or the oven.

 

PETS … are not allowed!

 

GARBAGE

We are obliged to separate the waste as follows:

>> residual waste (nappies, rabber waste, cold cigarette ash, paper tissues ...) and

>> organic waste (coffee/tea grounds, eggshells, vegetable & fruit waste ...)

     Please dispose this garbage by yourself. Containers are on the right side of the house

>> plastic & metal packing (every kind of coatetd plastic & metal packing material ...) and

>> paper you can leave in the apartment

>> glas must be disposed at departure by yourself; you can find the next container opposite the railway station

 

SMOKING

This is a NON smoking apartment. You can smoke on the balcony –> please dispose the cold ash at the residual waste.

CLEANING

Please leave the apartment in the same conditions you find it on your first day.

- clean the dishes and return it in the cupboards

- empty the dishwasher

 

LAUNDRY

The apartment ist equipped with bed linen, hand & bath-towels. Dish towels you can find in the kitchen.
